In a Tampa federal case, after attorney Hardy wrote

and argued a motion to suppress evidence, the

Tampa Federal District Court dismissed a felon in

possession of a firearm charge. Rather than go to

prison for 15-years, attorney Hardy’s client went

home to his wife and child.

In a Hillsborough County, Florida state case, in

which attorney Hardy’s client was charged with

aggravated battery, attorney Hardy’s client was

found not guilty at a jury trial.

In a Pinellas County case, in which attorney Hardy’s

client was charged with a first time DUI, attorney

Hardy was able to convince the Pinellas County

State Attorney’s Office to drop all charges against

his client.

In a Hillsborough County, Florida state case, in

which attorney Hardy’s client was charged with

battery, attorney Hardy successfully wrote and

argued a Florida Stand Your Ground Motion. After

the hearing, the Judge dismissed all charges against

attorney Hardy’s client.

Attorney Hardy is board certified as an expert in criminal trial law by both the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Before opening his criminal defense law firm, he served as a Florida State Prosecutor for over five years. He is fluent in Spanish.
