Habighorst holds a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts and a B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from Mississippi State University. He also completed political philosophy and literature coursework. “At its core, QA is about asking the right questions,” Habighorst explains. “What does the user expect to happen? What assumptions does the software make? Where might something break under pressure? Those questions are often philosophical as much as technical.”
